Privacy Policies

In our tours, all children from 0 to 3 years old are free (except the one-day tour
bocas del toro, which has a cost for children in this age range of 40% of the rate),
children from 4 to 5 years pay half the rate, children over 6 years pay the adult
rate.
All our rates 20250-2026 not include 13% taxes. All services are commissioned at
%20 of the rate.
In our shared Shuttle service, every child from 0 to 3 years old who occupies a
seat must pay their respective rate (50%) from 4 years old onwards, pays as an
adult.
For our private transportation service, a courtesy waiting time of 1 hour is
granted, after that hour an extra $20 will be charged for each additional hour.
Any trip that must use Route 32 (Zurquí) and it is closed, an additional fee of $20
must be charged.
For our shared Shuttle service and shared tours, a maximum wait of 5 minutes is
provided. If the client does not appear, it is considered NO SHOW
Any reservation that is not on credit must have your payment made 48 hours in
advance, otherwise it will be canceled.
If a passenger travels with pets, they can only do it in a private transport, they
must come in their respective cage and pay an additional $20 (per pet) must be
paid at the normal rate.
Any cancellation made in low season (MAY 1°- NOV 14) with less than 72 hours in
advance has a 25% penalty charge, with 48 hours in advance 50% penalty, less
than 24 hours is penalized 100%
Any cancellation made in high season (NOV 15 – APR 30) with 72 hours in
advance has a 50% charge, from 48 hours onwards it is penalized 100%
Any modification made in low season with less than 48 hours in advance has a
25% penalty charge, with 24 hours in advance 50% penalty, less than 24 hours is
penalized 100%.
Any modification made in high season with 48 hours in advance has a 50%
charge, from 24 hours onwards it is penalized 100%

For group reservations, they must be paid 5 days in advance, if payment is not
received, it will be canceled.

All payments can be made in cash, by bank deposit or by credit card
Our rates are in US dollars, we appreciate that all payments are made in this
currency, if you cannot make the payment in dollars, please consult our company
for the exchange rate to be able to make your payment in colons.

In case of prepaid reservations canceled with more than 48 hours, we will
proceed to credit the agency with the total prepayment amount or grant a credit
note for future reservations.

Your reservations will be confirmed within 48 hours and the confirmation will
include net rates, pick-up times and any other necessary information.
Our office hours are open on Monday through Saturdays from 8:00 to 17:00,
